Undoubtedly, one of the most important assets of our life is our time and where and how we spend it has a great impact on our lives. Even though we all know this, we still do not spend a significant amount of time on useful activities. Why?
This question has been on my mind for a long time. My life was full of wasted time and unfulfilled work, while the best conditions and situations were available to me but I did not make any use of them; I came to myself and saw that 3 semesters have passed since the golden bachelor’s degree and the only thing I learned from the university is that with R2 (one of the buttons on the gamepad) you can shoot very well cut shots, especially when Messi or Neymar have the ball! I decided not to be like this anymore and started planning, trial and error! I wrote and erased so much and struggled with myself until I finally stabilized.
In this text, I want to tell you the result of that trial and error and suggest what you should do to control this unrestrained horse. My suggestions are not based solely on my own personal experience and specific scientific reason; Nothing you do not know in advance, just a hammer!

Time of a fluid being ; This means that no matter how hard you try, it still stretches and has very good flexibility. If you define a task for your day, you do it all day, and if you define 10 tasks with a little exaggeration, they will all be done.
One way many people use to manage their busy time is to use a todo list. Using this list, although it allows us to see all the tasks of our day, but does not specify the exact priority and order of doing them. This causes us to get confused and tired while doing them, and as a result, things go slower! But when the goal and priority is clear, things are done much faster and better (reading the links at the end of the text in this case is not without merit). Now to clarify this issue, let’s say we are driving a car but we do not know the exact address of the destination, the result is that we move more slowly and look for the address with confusion! But if the destination is clear and precise, we will safely go to the gas board. :))
For proper planning, the general idea is to write down the times we have during the week realistically; Then plan for them and move on. It was easy, wasn’t it ?! But in practice, adherence to this program requires a bull and an old man!
What to do to get started? The first step is to determine the exact time of each task in the day and do the work exactly at that time! It must have occurred to you to say to yourself in the morning, I have to do something today; Something you are not even happy to do! At the end of the night, he comes to you and you see that it has not been done yet: Why? Because we postpone what we do not like! That’s why it’s important to do something at the right time.
Now when is the best time to do anything? This is a question you have to answer yourself. There may be times when each person is more productive or more patient! For example, because I get more bored in the morning, I do things that I do not like very much, and the closer I get to the end of the day, the less bored I get, so I do the things I like the most, and with this simple technique I do everything one day.
Interval of time how much is? The time periods you define should not be so short that you do not get something done, nor should they be so long that they become boring. This is also your own hand and with trial and error you can understand the best time for yourself. For example, my periods were initially two hours, but it was really boring and hard for me to concentrate; So I made them look like the picture below!
Color your program and even enjoy watching it!
What is the secret of implementing this dream program? If I want to say in two words: progress and do not despair! We should try to stick to the program a little more every week, improve the program with trial and error and fix its problems, eventually we will become a legend depending on the speed of our progress!
If you see a small percentage of the program being done in the first weeks, do not worry at all, you are just a winding road first and it is natural to be incomplete! I also ran less than 30% of the program in the first week! Even in the second and third weeks I could not complete it; Instead, I started an ascending routine and after about 2 months, I reached a steady performance that I was satisfied with. So put perfectionism aside and start, the only thing that matters is the beginning!
Now you may encounter obstacles along the way that slow you down. Here are some of my own experiences with these obstacles and how I was able to manage them:
- Lack of flexibility : An important part of their flexibility program; That means allocating some free time for urgent tasks during the previous week. For example, I do not make any plans for Fridays, now if something happens during the week, I will borrow the time related to it from Friday, if not, I will rest on Friday!
- Eliminate all entertainment : The whole point of the program was to set times and assign them to tasks, but what I have not said yet is that entertainment is also a task for me and I set aside a certain amount of time for it. To make my program remember the land and have better efficiency! From God, which is not hidden from you. 🙂
- Bad social networks : Be aware of the time we spend checking and cyberspace. Sometimes we subconsciously drown in this space and it takes hours to get bored of it!

What’s up ?!
Now that you have read this text, if your planning engine starts, all you have to do is sit down and write down your weekly schedules and plan for them little by little. In the first few weeks, do not push yourself at all and do not expect to run the whole program. Try to do this realistically and preferably do not write a program 25 hours a day!
After living your life with this style of program for a while, you will realize the difference with the previous one! At the end of each day, you feel that you have used all your potential and yourself (well, it really is!) And you are very satisfied with yourself. You can see your priorities much more clearly and divide your time according to them; It also gives you a very good view of the time and things you do; This means that you can clearly see if you have enough time for each project, extra activity or course! For example, it took me two weeks from the beginning of the semester when I decided to skip the beautiful and very sweet lesson of signal and system analysis due to lack of time! This view is usually shared with others during the semester and after the midterm exam!
I hope this text can take you one step further and make you progress. I am happy to share your opinions and experiences in this field with me and let me know social traffic to your website converting traffic into sales or not.
